Discovery Insure is simply a waste if time

I had items ****** out of our vehicle a few weeks ago and lodged a claim with Discovery. I have been waiting ever since to get this resolved after being promised by a few agents that it will be finalised within 48 hours as it was portable posessions. The sad part about this entire thing is that majority of the items ****** was my kids school and sports and clothing and equipment yet my kids are now being deprived because of a slow process at Discovery. I have called and asked for a Senior person to call me to resolve this but each time it is promised and I am also advised that the claim should be resolved within 48 hours UT nothing g happens. I am not sure how long 48 hours is in Discovery's time zone. Can a Senior Manager please call me to resolve this. My next point of call is going to be the Ombudsman, CPA and also the Media as I have been patient enough now already regarding g this matter.
