Discovery Insure is pathetic in my opinion.

I had an insurance claim for a vehicle. Although the quote for repairs, done by their own assessment company, was for the amount of R46537.82, they paid an amount of R16451.45 to my account. The repairer resent the quote, but there is no reaction. My vehicle has been standing there for more than two weeks. It seems that the assessment company arbitrarily lowered the amount, without even having seen the vehicle. I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls to no avail.
