Discovery Insure is in Breach of Contract

On the 11 May 2015 i had a breakdown with my motor vehicle en-route home from work. Discovery Insure( ***) was contact to arrange towing. I was told to pay R700 to the service provider for this service or else i could not be assisted. I was not in agreement with this but under the circumstances it was dark and I needed my car towed so i agreed to pay the money. Anyway the next day on perusing my policy i noted that this service is unlimited on my policy i then took the matter up with Discovery. To date nobody has come back to me to give me clarity on this. This is a bridge of the contract.<br> <br> The following is people i have discussed the matter with Mr Dakalo, Ms Candice, Mr Niroshan, Ms Boitumelo and Ravi Jadoonandan the claims manager that never calls me back. Nobody at Discovery can give me answer.
