Discovery Insure is good but not the best.

I moved to Discovery Insure about 2 years ago when I wanted peace of mind full comprehensive insurance for a price I could afford and they did just that. The reason why I am not rating them a full 5 stars is that I recently moved to MiWay as they offered me better-priced premiums with pretty much the same cover. Before I made the change I wanted to see if Discovery would offer to match or at least better my current monthly premiums, I was however met with an email stating that there is nothing they can do for my monthly premiums and if I want a better price I should better my Vitality drive points... Once I cancelled they came done on my monthly premiums but were still short of what MiWay was offering... My only complaint is that why did I have to cancel to get a better premium?
