Discovery Insure is Disappointing me

I submitted a claim on the 5th February 2024, and I have not been helped since. They've been telling me a service provider cannot get hold of me but I am not missing calls from this so called "service provider" I've followed up a couple of times last week, Im still waiting for the "service provider" to call me, 3 months later.
