Discovery insure is damaging vehicles !!!

<p>Hi<br />My DQ tracker has been de-fitted on the 14/09/2016 .<br />I have driven the car on the 17/09/2016 for the 1st time after the de-installation ..<br />My Car cluster is not working , central locking not working , and radio is not working ….too scared to test the rest .<br />I have logged a complaint the same day ( 17/09/2016) and there will be a technician to inspect my car on Monday ( 19/09/2016)<br />Instead of the person arriving there was a call from discovery telling me I must take the car to a dealership for inspection ??????<br />And they are refusing to come out to my hose where the de-fitment happened<br />I CANT DRVICE THE CAR LIKE THIS !!!!!!!!<br />Discovery made the mistake DISCOVERY SOULD FIX IT !!!!<br />Is this how discovery handles the clients after they cancel there policy’s ?</p> <p>I am glad to cansel my policy !!!! From day 1 i have been fighting with disrespectfull discovery people !!! <br />Enough !!!! </p>

So after 3 weeks this issue was sorted and my car was fixed , Mr Thabani Mtshali assisted me in a professional manner .
Mr Thabani Mtshali not only refunded the amount that it took to fix the car , he promised he will compensate me with a gift for the inconvenience this issue has caused me .
