Discovery Insure Is Absolutely Pathetic

Joined Discovery Insure in March 2022 when I bought my car, brand new. Had to make a claim after a taxi hit me in January 2023 and Discovery Insure has been absolutely pathetic. There is almost NO communication from the claims team; I had to get in touch with the sales agent to get any help regarding my rental vehicle, plus it seems like Discovery is doing everything in their power to not pay to completely fix my car. They only approved cosmetic repairs, not mechanical, and keep kicking up a fuss to sort out my car which is not even 1 year old yet. Their assessors were pathetic. They did not look at the car properly; we had to show them all the damage as they were not bothered and seemed highly unqualified. This is not the service I would expect from such a large insurance company. Absolutely ********** service. Would not recommend them at all.
