Discovery insure is a TRAP!!!

I am so disgusted by the service I received from Discovery. I collected my driving points in the month of August but when it was time to get my cash back, Discovery gave me stories saying I had a break in cover, of which was true HOWEVER it was for the month of September. I spoke to a lady by the name of Donna and she assured me that I’ll get my cash back as soon as they receive their premium. Premium was received and still no cash back so I called I , spoke to Donna and she told me that she gave me the incorrect information, and she said it with so much confidence I was shocked!!! I then told her that she must go talk to her manager and call me back with. A certain period of time. That time period passed and still no call. I’m going to cancel my policy and I would advise people not to call into the “zero excess” trap!!!
