Discovery Insure is a ****

Discovery Is A **** Last night my account was debited, and my premium increased by R600! Without any notification of the increase. Why do they not advise their client of this? I have not even claimed on my policy, so what was the rerate based on? This is absolutely ridiculous and it is unfair. You would think that this company has values but clearly not.

I need Discovery to correct this and refund my money back. You cannot just go around taking any amount of money you feel like.

I am honestly so disappointed in them, especially after raving about them to all family and friends
