Discovery Insure is a Pain!!

I switched to discovery insure but the transition has taken a lot of my time and many phone calls to the call centre. Each time they assure me all is sorted, then I get an email stating something different to what we agreed upon! Very painful and frustrating company to deal with....Only when a supervisor Clinton finally got involved (and it was difficult getting past the agent to speak to him)!did things finally get sorted. Egads!!!!
