Discovery Insure is a ****.
Do not use this insurance company.
They called me and captured all my details. I added my car and household the premium is about R1600pm. They then Loaded a debit on my account each month (Including SMS which reminds me when this debit will be deducted). I contacted them to switch vehicles and they now claim I have NO INSURANCE POLICY with them. After months of them taking the premium, they have NO LISTED POLICY FOR ME. Total ****!
I also use Discovery Bank and Discovery Medical Aid, Vitality so I'm very comfortable with their process. The insurance with discover is a total train wreck. Not a single person is responding to my emails and I've escalated my issue to the Ombudsman.
