Discovery Insure is a *****, don’t fall into their commitments as they can be false.
Discovery Insure is a *****, Their Salesperson will sell a policy by saying some commitments, Then once you bought it, their support team will tell you this is a wrong information. I was sold the car and home insurance with some commitments on cashback and once I bought the policy now they told me that was a false commitment and we don’t cover you for that. So for me it is a ***** and they do so to sell their policy. The worst experience I ever had with any insurer till date.

16 Oct 2024, 16:57Again just a false message here, no body contacted from Discovery while they rep**** our concerned department will contact you. even what ever issue I have escalated with Discovery Insure, not resolved in last 16 days, and top of that no one will update you, no one will call you, I call them for follow ups, they will put me on hold for quite a long and then they will say we will escalate it and again there is turn around time 24-48 Hours. Their escalation means nothing as these 24-48 hours response time have turned into 16 Days already. Did send mail to their complaint department in writing, only reply I got is we will provide solution to this in 24 hours or you can contact on this number and this number is again same which will escalate and will give another turn around time of 24-48 Hours. Such a pathetic service, never expected this from Discovery with which I have relation of more than 8 years.
