Discovery insure is a ****
I don’t know why I’m giving them a star because they don’t deserve it. Discovery doesn’t care about their clients. 4 months without the car being fixed. They are even scared of their repairers. I wouldn’t recommend discovery insure for anyone because you will sit with your car damaged for more than 3 months. I’m on a 4th month with a damaged car.

11 Mar 2024, 10:31You guys are quick to reply lies. No one called or nothing has been done to resolve my almost 4 months problem. Please fix my mom’s car or give her cash to go fix it for herself since you don’t want to supply her with rental car for the inconvenience, I am taking all my cars, policies and medical aid to some where else where they will appreciate their clients. I’m tired of calling weekly and being told same lies of “we have received wrong parts”.

13 Mar 2024, 08:32No call, nothing from Discovery. Since this is public, I need advise how to go forward with Discovery not wanting to fix my mom’s car. Action needs to be taken now cos ke lapile calling Discovery almost everyday and nothing is being done.
Simple request since they’re taking long, was for discovery to rent a car for her. They refused.
I need advise SA on what next step to take coz I won’t let this slide. My WhatsApp number for your advices: ***. Someone advised me to take it to X like how it transpired with Old Mutual and I see there’s lots of people complaining about discovery and ke similar story.
