Dear Madam / Sir Re: Settlement of claim Without acceptance or admission of liability and without prejudice to the rights of our client or ourselves, but solely in order to resolve the matter in an amicable manner we hereby offer R1871.59 as full and final settlement. Please note that the agreed settlement amount may only be paid into the registered owner of the damaged property’s account. Should the registered owner prefer settlement to be paid into a different account, we will require an affidavit deposed by the registered owner giving permission that settlement is paid into another account and that this settlement will be full and final, alternatively a letter on the company letterhead stating that the payment may be made into another account. Please return the signed release and electronic funds transfer form to *** to enable us to finalize the matter. Regretfully an electronic transfer cannot be done to a credit card account.
