Discovery insure intensionally gives clients false information

This is my third incident in more than 6 years . I just don’t learn . Please be aware what discovery says or explains on recorders calls or email , they will not honour. If you try and escalate it , you will be ignored. no body gets back to you. If you phone, you will get an empty promise back they will phone you back the same day. If they tell you you have no acces to pay, they will charge you an acces oven if they have confirmed on 4 calls and email there is no acces . If you request the calls be listened to, they will ignore you . And on my previous inside t’s they will insure things only to later revoke it and they will not put you in same position as what you had if something gets ****** even if it’s specified . So please stay away from discovery insure
