I have received such a hospital service from Sibongile Maphumulo on my claim, she followed that till to the end as I was also delayed from the supplier till the part was delivered today. In most instances you have to keep calling insurances for feedback and for the first time the hassle was taking out from me and also in pushing the service provider.

I think we need more people like her, who can make the time to understand the client needs and make sure that they are well met without being prejudiced.
