4 and a half weeks to approve a claim , vehicle was repaired , upon collection I was made aware that there are 2 excess on one claim , the two exxess exceeded the repair cost to the vehicle . Discovery had no interest to explain . People need to avoid this institution at all costs , Membership on insurance and medical aid canceled .
