Discovery insure incorrect points

In general, I think it's great. BUT... Why do I have to go to Hello Peter, before I get a response from Discovery??

The issue, as stated in multiple messages to Discovery Insure through the "official communications channels" (that DON'T WORK) was the following:

I'm being penalised for "driving too fast" when the Discovery System is clearly assessing road speeds incorrectly. On the highway before getting to Polokwane from JHB, the road markers clearly state 120kph. I got penalised (both ways) for going too fast, as Discovery incorrectly has the limit at 100kph.

Likewise, between Aliwal North and Bloemfontein, I got penalised for the exact same thing.

I saw Waze was saying the limit was 100kph, and noticed the road signs saying 120kph, and wondered whether Discovery would be incorrectly aligned to the same database as Waze, or if they represented the latest road signs in South Africa. Sadly, it was the former.

Please fix and please give me my points!
