Discovery Insure Incompetency

What a bunch of *********** people and people with no knowledge of their products and miscommunication between departments. My policy is for R3k and they deduct R5.5k as a debit order. Now I have to wait 7 days for the refund. This is an absolute show of disregard for a customer. No customer service whatsoever. Bye bye Discovery, you will never see me again
