Discovery Insure Ignoring my emails during claim.

i submitted my claim on the 23rd of January for a broken fridge. My claim was approved 10 days ago, they said i would get a call within 48 hours and now it is almost 2 weeks since they said i would get a call in 48 hours. I have emailed the Lethabo who is the Claims Consltant handling my claim a lot of times but she ignores all my emails. i have repeatedly followed up via email and still no response. This is unacceptable, i have never missed a premium with Discovery but when its time to resolve my query i am being ignored and being given the run around. I have a faulty fride in my house. I cant even buy groceries for 3 weeks because my fridge is not working.
