Discovery Insure? If you like disappointment...

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, which DQ Track did not even register. Just the confirmation of our claim took almost a month and now, six weeks later and after stock standard cookie cutter responses from the insurer, I am still waiting, day three to see the money reflect in my account and they apparently cannot give a Proof of payment before 5 days have elapsed. Asking for a quote for the replacement car, after almost 24hours, no response. Their attitude is absolutely disgusting and I am very disappointed.
