Discovery Insure I will be cancelling you can thank Thandiwe Radebe

I just recently had the most HORRIFIC experience in late March / early April with Discovery insure when they charged me for a vehicle i had informed them i had sold, the NIGHTMARE to get it removed off my policy was a joke. I decided to give them another change, and not even 4 weeks later I get a snotty correspondence by Thandiwe Rabede who is likely some lowly call center person, advising me that I as a NON CLAIMING client do not have the right to after just changing my policy in April, ask that my policy not effect further change in July. My next response was what is the cancellation policy so i can move to an alternative, and I honestly just shake my head at the response. DISCOVERY, you are starting to become like all the other banks, just after the growth and not able to provide the value. I will be moving my business.
