Discovery Insure - I expect more

I must start by saying I have always experienced great service from Discovery Insure and am writing this bad review because I expect better. I logged a claim for my malfunctioning washing machine. The consultant assigned to my claim is Dineo Monguni whom I only heard from after I complained about the poor service from the Discovery appointed service provider whose technician was here and according to him solved the problem. The problem still exists. Dineo undertook to "escalate" the matter with the service provider on the morning of 31/7/2023. It is more than 24 hours later with not a word from the service provider. I have sent follow up emails to Dineo and don't even get an acknowledgement from her. In the meantime I have clothing stuck in the washing machine for 4 days now and had to pay to have my laundry done. So much for being a valued Discovery Insure Client. If this is service to valued clients I don't want to know what service to other clients look like.
