Discovery Insure - How to ruin your day

DO NOT insure with this insurance, they love making promises of giving you money for using their Vitality Drive BS and when they don't pay you out, they make FURTHER promises of doing investigations and getting back to you, which amazingly NEVER happens. Never mind if you email them any query they just point blank ignore your email which forces you to call their user unfriendly automated service to eventually get through and thereby waste more money. Absolutely shocked how Discovery (LOVE being on your medical aid, but you should have stayed with this), could drop the ball so badly!
