Discovery Insure House Contents -Claim

I lodged a house content claim yesterday with Discovery Insure. A very helpful gentlemen by the name Reabetswe Setlau helped me with my claim. He captured my claim properly and sent me an email on what was required to validate the claim, and I sent the information yesterday evening.... boom, he called me in the morning to confirm that he has received the information and its going through a validation check. hardly 5 minutes after he called me that the validation has been completed and my claim would be paid within 72 hours. The turnaround was extremely shocking for me. I was expecting that this would take another 55 thousand days with numerous backs and forth. I was really not expecting such a quick, efficient turnaround. I was really pleasantly surprised. This was my first claim on house contents, i was expecting that the experience would the same as going to the dentist, but Rea really proved me wrong and for that I say THANK YOU REA for the good and exceptional performance. This kind of service is very scarce within the insurance industry, you have to fight for everything and every time, but this service I received today changed my mind.
