Discovery insure horror

I claimed my ****** laptop from discovery as well as my ****** phone which was bought in December 2021 so I still had the box and proof of purchase. My laptop which was bought in 2014 I had no pictures or proof of purchase as it was a long time ago. I also had no pics of it as the phone that might have had pics was ****** with the phone. The Discovery insure consultant advised me that because I don’t have proof of the laptop they will give me an entry level laptop which I was fine with. Yet discovery insure only replaced my phone and not my laptop because there is no pic of it. My accidental damage claim on my phone is also declined because it is “not listed” on my home contents yet none of my assets is listed, absolutely nothing. The phone they replaced was also not listed on the home contents list but yet it was replaced. Just because my accidentally damaged phone is an iPhone I am now being discriminated against.
