Discovery Insure Horror

I'm extremely disappointed with how Discovery is currently handling my claim. I've claimed on Thursday and still on Tuesday I'm not sure exactly what is expected of me nor is there communication. I don't know who ro call I've been on hold the whole day. I spoke to Simphiwe Mkhize last on Thursday. I don't know how to book a courtesy car. They haven't looked at accident report because the guy keeps asking how can he pay for damages. I'm not ok. I'm exhausted. This is literally worst Insurance I've ever dealt with. I mean how do I not speak even 1 agent in a space of hour holding?
