We had a blocked shower drain, and after one call to Discovery Insure, they sent a plumber - for free. No excess to be paid. All of this because I insure my household contents with them, not even building insurance. Msuthukazi Sue Kwatsha was amazing and even called to follow up on the service received from the plumbers.
