Discovery Insure Home and Car service is substandard and nothing is working!

I logged a ticket for Home toilet leaking and all I got was a reference number is: *** , no follow up, email or call, and this was Sep 8, 2022, what am I paying for useless system. And now I'm dealing with Desmond Shongwane Claims consultant, for a panel beating claim that was assessed, by him that would take 3-5 days now after 16 days still going???? with no car IRATE with no updated and ****ty service I think Discovery is not providing me a service that is satisfactory and even their porthole does not work and have been reported 15 days ago is not getting fixed, would really like to know what on earth is happening with this service that seems to be up to sub standards...
