Discovery Insure - Hijacked car claim process

So, my car got hijacked. Called in to make a claim and well the investigation started. I try get a courtesy car and Discovery couldn't care less. From day 1 it felt as though they were against me and not willing to help. Also to be honest, some of the consultants did try but because I didn't get the needed assistance I feel it was a wasted effort.

Fastforward, my claim gets rejected, I then provided all the documentation to dispute the rejection and still, my claim gets rejected.

I believe it is also worth noting that this was the second reason my claim was rejected. Which has me believing they have been wanting to reject the claim to begin with.

Firstly, when the debit on my account was meant to go off, it didn't. When it finally does it is an inflated amount which wasn't agreed upon.

Next thing, it is assumed that my car didn't have an active tracking device on the day of the incident and as a result, my claim is rejected.

So now I have to waste more time trying to resolve this. After also being told that for as long as the claim is active I need to be paying. Meaning I have to pay for a car that was hijacked on the 27th of May 2024 to the month of June/July 2024.

Never have I been so disappointed especially after I was warned not to insure with Discovery. Now I am in search of a solution that is hopefully less tedious.
