Discovery Insure has the worst service

Discovery Insure has the worst service I have ever experienced. From the moment I was in a car accident the service from Discovery has been shocking to non-existent. There is little to no communication. I received my car back and Discovery only sent an sms days later to tell me my car is ready to collect. On the same day I picked up my car I returned the rental car. Now we get sms’s telling us we must return the rental car. We have spoken to the rental company, and they have confirmed the car was returned days ago. This is shocking. Discovery is treating their clients like we are ********s. Discovery you have serious problems with your service. You used to be one of the best, but you have lost that title.
