Discovery Insure has ****** my money

Re: Plan Reissue ********** 386 - I am lodging a complaint To: ********** Subject: Re: Plan Reissue ********** 386 - I am lodging a complaint From: Vicky Maoko ********** Date: Fri, 8 Jun 2018 08:03:14 +0200 (CAT) Delivered-to: ********** Resent-from: **********

Look at this " FNB :-) R5719.31 paid from cheq a/c..117217 @ Eft. Avail R48575. Ref.Discinsure ********** 386. 8Jun 00:00 "

You have debited R5719.31 from my account - contrary to what you said in the attached mail. This translates into *****, you charged me for the service you did not/were not willing to render - I thought you were irresponsible and negligent but now I see that you are even *********!! I am giving today only to rectify failing which I will dispute this transaction with my bank and instruct them to reverse it. PS. I really cannot believe that I am receiving this treatment from you - like I said when I reviewed the last interaction: I wonder what else can I expect from you!

Also I'd like to highlight to you that you have treated me unfairly despite my long history of customer loyalty - I have to spell it out to you since you are failing to discern it :( So do not tell me that you are helping me to reactivate - help yourself and rectify My position still stand, if you are not willing/unable to rectify or you still see it fit that this relationship should come to an end you must arrange to come an remove your devices from my vehicles - do not expect me to carry the cost of coming to you - this whole mess is due to your negligence, you must be responsible enough to take ownership! The only time I will entertain any further correspondence from you is when you finally confirm that you have rectified or when you confirm when you would be coming to uninstall... Till then do not call or write me again - else do not expect response!

I wrote to you on 21 May in two separate emails:

You ********ly deactivated my policy you do not need me or my intervention to rectify. I don't see how talking to me on the phone will help you do the right thing cos I took the first initiative advising you to change my banking details. You confirmed - on the phone - yet you debited the wrong account... Again I reminded you of the conversation - you confirmed that you have rectified and you were "sorry for inconvenience" - yet you deactivated my policy - IRRESPONSIBLE NONSENSE! If you do not rectify this mess I will take actions against you - promise!

I have noticed that you have issued me a new policy and nullified the previous one - I wonder why but I have no problem with that... while I am yet to read the schedule and further attached documents I have been 'stunned' by the following comment in your email: "You need to do your vehicle pre-inspection within five (5) days of starting your Discovery Insure Plan. If you don’t complete the pre-inspection, your vehicle cover will be downgraded to Third Party only. " I can tell you now that this is a deal breaker - whatever you do to rectify your incompetence make sure that you do not expect me to do anything that I would not be required to do should you have acted responsibly on the onset - this mess is your, own it! Don't you think you have inconvenienced me enough to the point of robbing me? Do not add any further burden on me. This so-called pre-inspection and installation of dqtrack is unnecessary non value adding expensive activities that would not be required if you did you job at the first place - if you cannot link the tracking devices that are already installed to the new policy then you better make arrangements to come to me to uninstall and install the new ones. And if you seem the so called pre-inspection necessary them make appointment with me and come to me to carry it out otherwise consider this relationship ended and of course once again in that case you would still need to make arrangements to come to me to uninstall your devices from my vehicles - choice is yours!
