Discovery Insure has lost

Discovery Insure has lost focus on the primary objective of providing insurance solutions to their clients. They are more focused on getting good feedback ratings, when they have not even reviewed my claim, or resolved any item relating to my claim. I am using the same link they sent me to “rate their service”, ironic. I have complained at least 4 times and received an automated email saying “they would get back to me within the next 48Hrs” These complaints were sent over a month ago? Not sure what calendar they are using ? No one has contacted me with regards to my complaint. I will continue to load one complaint a week to see if there will be a response. Tbis is extremely poor service. Discovey Insure is more focused on offering bells and whistles, with good driving rewards, but have lost focus on the primary objective of resolving insurance claims. I phoned Discovery Insure and was sent from pillar to post. I even got a promotional marketing phone call, the audacity, this lady got an earful from me, and she made promises to ensure someone would phone back to deal with my claim. No suck luck. What are my next steps, maybe I can get some assistance via this review
