Discovery Insure hard to cancel

Friday I received a call out of the blue from a discovery insure consultant Nathanual from Discovery Insure Sandton Head Office +27 (11) ********** and he told me it be better to activate the policy on Monday the 20th November then I also cancel my current insurance the same day. Over the weekend I had some thought about it and decided to rather stay with my current insurance. I phoned Nathanual back Monday morning to inform him I don’t want to change my insurance then he said it’s fine he will send cancelation confirmation to me right now. I wait whole day and still no mail from him. Today I phoned back and spoke to his colleague and his colleague informed me that he can’t cancel he will have to put me through to cancellation department. I get through to Mbali. She tells me she can confirm it’s been cancelled so I asked her to send me a mail with proof of cancelattion she then says the system doesn’t allow her to send a cancelation confirmation but I can use her name and todays date as reference. I ask her to send me confirmation of cancellation via her personal email then she said that’s fine she can do that. 3 hours later still no mail from her... Please can Discovery Insure get back to me regarding this ASAP!
