Discovery Insure happy client

I called Discovery Insure with the intentions of cancelling my insurance contract with them as I was an unhappy client. Even though it is Shamanie Naidoo's job to retain clients, she went above and beyond to ensure that my issues with the insurer are dealt with and that I am a happy client. Needless to say, I am still a Discovery client and a happy one at that! So thank you so much Shamanie for your patience and assistance.
