Natalia Economides - *** - Discovery Insure - Kelebogile Diale (Lebo). - After hitting a pothole and getting a puncture while driving home alone on Friday evening. I received a call from Discovery Insure within 5minutes to check if all was okay as they had received an impact notification. I told Lebo that I had hit a pot hole and was alone, she immediately told me that she would get a service provider to me as soon as possible and to remain in my vehicle. She called me regularly to check that I was okay and keep me updated of what was happening. A service provider arrived helped me change my tyre and I was safely back on my way. Lebo called me to check that I had arrived home safely and check that everything was okay. I would like to thank her for being my guardian angel and assuring me that I was not alone.
