Discovery Insure - Great service.

My house burnt down on Monday 13 September 2021. My Broker Esme Theron was on there and immediately submitted the claim with foto's. The following day we met the Assessor Grant Schuster at the house. He was very professional. He explained that he would like an expert to come and have a look. Thursday 16 September we met the Specialist Danny Joubert at the house. He did his investigation and took the time to explain to us what he saw and what he thinks was the cause of the fire. He did ask if he could take some time and do a thorough look. We left him to do his job. The above mentioned people was in contact the whole time and we knew exactly what was happening. Two weeks later we met with The Broker and Assessor and were informed that our claim will be paid in full. Thank you to all involved.
