Fantastic customer experience from Shafick when I had called to cancel my car insurance. Although I chose to cancel in the end due to the price difference offered by my new insurer. Shafick did all the due diligence making sure an apples for apples comparison was done as well as pointing out the difference in cover amounts etc. Due to the economic times we are currently facing, I had to chose the cover I could afford. Shafick is incredibly helpful with great rapport with customers and is also very knowledgeable.
