Discovery Insure - Good if you do not need to claim

Discovery Insure is a good Insurance Company - if you do not need to claim! They have all these fancy bels and whistles, but when you submit a claim it seems they will do anything not to pay. I submitted a Storm damage claim, with the relevant photos of the damage. Then they ask for photo's "before" - who take photos "just incase it gets damage". Luckily I had photos. Then they want to know how was it fastened as they cant see it on the Photo. Then they want proof of a PC Bord that was damaged and replaces (after I send the invoice to replace it). It has been weeks, no reply - and they don't even have the curtesy to reply to my mails when I follow up.
