Discovery Insure goes the extra mile.

I commute between Johannesburg and Pretoria every day. This afternoon my car broke down just after the R55 offramp. I contacted Discovery Insure and spoke to Zunaid Joseph. After verifying my details Zunaid said that he sees my vehicle is fitted with a tracking system and that he would send a tow truck to my location. Minutes later I received a call from the owner of the Towing company, named Paul. He told me that the truck was on its way, but as it is not safe to be stranded next to the freeway he will come wait for the tow truck with me. Paul waited alongside the road with me until the truck arrived. As all the dealerships were already closed Zunaid informed me that he had arranged that the tow truck transport my vehicle to Roodepoort, where I live, even though that is not usually covered. Thank you to Zunaid and the team from Sita Move (Pty) Ltd who constantly followed up and kept me company through the event. Excellent Service.
