Discovery Insure fuel cashback hoax

I have been a client with Discovery insure for the better part of 6 years. I am Very disappointed with Discovery insure. Even though I ended my vehicle insurance with them I was still a client for the month of October. But somewhere there was a miscommunication and my car was taken off my policy on the 28th of October and not the end of October. This now led to me not receiving my October Fuel cashback. Because of 3 days they refuse to give me what I am entitled to when I was STILL a client under their policy.

This is now the 3rd time this year that I have fought with Discovery and honestly I am happy without any regret for moving my insurance to a new company.

I guess it's true what they say. Insurance companies will look for ANY excuse NOT to pay. Thanks for nothing Discovery. I wont miss you a bit.
