Discovery Insure - Fuel Cashback

I joined Discovery Insure in May 2022 due to their fuel cashback services. I received my fuel cashback every month until March/April 2023. Ever since then, I have not received any cashback. When my broker phones them, they have all kinds of stories about a system merge and that my card was never activated. If my card was not activated, then why did I receive cashback prior to March/April 2023? I am not happy with their service and tired of all their excuses. I would not recommend them to anyone.
