Discovery Insure for Home Contents Is the Pitts!!!

The worst when it comes to claims! Been religiously debiting my account, every month, without a fail. Until we had a power surge at our complex. Sent an email on 7 September, a month later, they are still MIA!!! All I got was that my email was referred to the relevant department, till today, it’s still being forwarded and the “dedicated consultant” is yet to call.
