Discovery Insure

Hi I would just like to rate the excellent service I got from Jennifer Nkosi at discovery insure when I was transferred to the cancellation department. I was about to cancel my insurance with discovery and moved my vehicles to another company that gave me a better price, she was on the call with me for more than 1 hour on the 19/03/2023 and explained everything to me in detail which was brilliant, she really tried her best to not loose me as a customer and succeeded after that very long call, she ended up giving me a quote that was slighty more expensive than the other company but I ended up keeping vehicles with dicovery due to Jennifer Nkosi,she definitely needs a raise and since calls are recorded I sure hope her superiors listen to the fight she put up to not loose a client for discovery. ***
