Discovery insure faulty tracker system. Empty promises

We signed up for discovery insure and got the tracker installed as well as the app. It has never worked with my phone. So my trips are not being recorded. Have contacted disvovery many times and they just say they are looking into the technical side of things. I am losing out on cash back and rewards weekly and very very frustrated since no one ever mentioned any problems with some phone models. Terrible service so far.
