Discovery insure fal flat
useless service, when it comes time to claim these people delay and delay and delay. I currently have holes in my patio roof and my solar geyser is completely shattered from hail, its been like that for over 2 weeks, discovery still have not settled my claim despite me having submited photos and quotes, and their contractor has been here, and their assessor has also been here to inspect. They are completely useless at communicating. I have never experienced such non service from an insurance provider.

If anyone calls me i'll eat my hat. useless once again, nobody knows what is going on, your claims agents don't talk to each other, or to the client, that's me if you were confused, and no amoutn of escalation matters. happy to take my money but not able to perform your side of the deal
