Discovery Insure fails in responding or keeping agreements.

Hi,

I was in an accident with one of Discoveries clients on the 22/12/2017. After taking it for an assessment. Their initial quote was way below what the damage was worth. I then took it to the panelbeaters that they had recommended which quoted me almost 3 times what they were willing to pay me out they reevaluated and offered almost 10 000 below what the damage was worth after being assured that any damage related to the accident will be paid in full by Discovery Insure from Zwelibanzi Mashele(I have an email trail). I have been communicating back and forth with Zwelibanzi Mashele and Ravi Jadoonandan to try to resolve this issue. They have now ceased to respond to any communication. I am hugely dismayed and frustrated by the service received from Discovery. It is 8 months later and I still cannot get what was agreed upon. I will never consider using Discovery Insure on any of my vehicles and neither will close family relatives after the level of service received.
