Discovery insure fails at paying claims

Its been 2 years since my vehicle was ******. Discovery repudiated my claim. I challenged them through the Ombudsman and lost however won on appeal in September last year. Discovery challenged the finding which was once again in my favour. The Ombudsmans ruling as of the 19th June was that Discovery settle my claim by 1 July. I've maintained my silence through the ordeal but I've had about enough, to date, they have not paid. Is this the kind of company you would like to insure your vehicle through. Great frills but when it comes to claims and settlements they look for every loophole. Shame on you Discovery Insure.
