Discovery insure fails again.

Once again I have to complain about the way Discovery deals with claims. The advisor doesn't contact you, unless you send emails or go through the lengthy process of getting hold of them on the phone. Queries go ignored, *********** service providers are appointed, assessors promise to escalate matters and is never heard of again. Discovery creates this modern dynamic image only to be let down by disinterested claims advisors.
