Discovery Insure failing DQ-Track and app

I am having the worst time with Discovery Insure and their sensor/app which is not recording or scoring my driving behavior. As a result I never have enough scored kms to reach my vitality goal at the end of the week. Neither am I getting back my optimal amount in fuel rewards. This has been going on since June 2019 since they switched me to a new type of sensor. I've had to go back to Tyger Wheel and Tyre twice to get a new sensor fitted and still my trips are not getting scored. Discovery Insure just keep telling me the fault is on my side with my bluetooth and location settings or phone battery and keep sending me troubleshooting steps. The problem is definitely not with my settings or phone battery as it is new. I'm going to start looking for a different insurer now since I am losing at least R300 each month due to their failing technology.
